At planglobal consulting ltd., the processes we have established for our work are based on a methodology that consistently produces successful results. Executive Team
Tom West
President
Mr. West is a founding partner of planglobal consulting. He started consulting in 1998 to focus on internet-based business process automation and wireless internet connectivity. Tom is a consultant to businesses to help with corporate growth and increase employee performance.
Tom holds a BS in Business Management, and an MBA in Data Processing from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. |

Martin Aiello, BA
CFO
Mr. Aiello is one of the founding members of planglobal consulting. After earning his BA, Economics from the University of Calgary in 1984, Martin began his career that same year, as the owner/operator of Aiello Contracting, a renovation business. He spent seven years learning the complexities of the construction industry, as well as the overall responsibilities of owning and operating his own business. During this period Martin further studied accounting at the University of Calgary and upon completion of his accounting major, went on to work with Knightsbridge Homes Ltd. as the Controller.
During his twelve year tenure at Knightsbridge the company grew to a total of five companies involved in land development and high-end custom homebuilding. Martin acted in the capacity of Controller and Office Manager for all five companies within the Knightsbridge organization. Martin was responsible for all treasury, tax, accounting and administration for all five companies.

Kurt Tosczak
CTO
Mr. Tosczak manages and directs all software development activities. Mr. Tosczak has extensive computing and entrepreneurial experience in online services and business process automation and is the Principal Consultant for our business automation practice.
Kurt brings over twenty years of experience in the computer industry and brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of computers including, management, networking, and programming in a wide variety of programming languages. Kurt is the quintessential entrepreneur, having helped to start such internet companies as ResumesOnline.net, NoMatterWare.com, CanadaHomeSearch.com, Technical Toolboxes Canada, Ltd, and MyCompanyToolbox.com. |
